Salon Policies

Walk-Ins
While we encourage scheduling an appointment, we do welcome walk-clients, however, it is based on availability and if we are busy there may be a waiting period or you might have to schedule an actual appointment.


Payment
Good Hair Day accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, or Checks. Please note we do not accept gratuities on credit cards or checks however, we do have an ATM here in the salon.
 

Late arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long wait periods in the salon.


Cancellation policy
When you schedule an appointment with one of our staff, we have to make sure that they are there for you. We only ask that you have the same courtesy to our employees. We do realize that occasionally, "real-life" intrudes on previously laid plans. For that reason, we give each client a second chance for the first time they cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice. However, the second time we reserve the right to charge for the missed appointment at the time of their next appointment. If you need to reschedule an appointment please do so in a timely manner so that we can arrange for another client to take that appointment time.

Returned Checks
Any returned check will result in a $25 service charge.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on services rendered, however we will do anything in our power to correct any issues that may arise.


Children Policy
As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our effort to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere, we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times.
