Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel an appointment, we request 24 hour notice.

Running Late for your appointment

Punctuality is a must in order to serve you better. If you are running late, please give us a call. If you are more than 20 minutes late for an appointment, we ask that you reschedule in order to provide you with the best service and keep our other clients on time.

Children

Children receive special attention at GHDS and are welcome as clients or guests. We just ask that you do not leave them unattended or we’re likely to fill them up on sugar before they go home.

Payment Methods

For your convenience, GHDS accepts cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).

Product Sales & Returns

GHDS currently carries Goldwell, Sexy Hair and Label M product lines. In the unlikely event that you’re not 100% satisfied with a product purchased from our salon, simply return it within 7 days and we’ll offer a full refund.
